You will receive your tickets in time for the event.

Whether you order your tickets a year in advance or two days before the event is scheduled we guarantee you'll always get them in time to attend the event. If we're unable to get you your tickets in time you'll receive a full refund.

You will always receive the tickets you ordered or tickets of greater value.

Due to order volume sometimes tickets can appear in our system that have already been sold. If you choose to accept the replacement option during check-out we will automatically fulfill your order will equivalent or better tickets.

You will receive a complete refund if the event is cancelled without a postponement date.

Sometimes an event can be cancelled due to inclement weather or scheduling conflicts. If this happens, and the event is not rescheduled, we'll refund all of your money. If the event is rescheduled your tickets will always be valid for the make-up date.
