How can I be sure my purchase is secure?

When you enter our secure checkout you'll be able to verify the security of the page very easily. Look up towards the right side of the address bar and you'll notice a small lock. That lock means that you've entered a secure part of our site and that you are completely protected from fraud. Another way to be sure is to look at the address itself. Secure web pages always begin with the prefix "https" and you will always note that feature during checkout on our site.

Where do your tickets come from?

Our tickets come from three main sources:

a.) Individual Sellers - A good portion of the tickets listed on our site come from individual sellers. An individual seller is a fan just like you that has extra tickets to sell. They list their tickets on our site for a designated price and as a result you have access to tickets that you could previously only buy on the streets outside of the venue. Access to this market is a huge advantage for a buyer.

b.) Ticket Brokers - The majority of our tickets come from licensed ticket brokers from various parts of the country. Ticket brokers buy tickets en masse and re-sell them to you, the fan. Their tickets can be more expensive but their services are extremely reliable and are a life saver for last minute shopper.

c.) Venue Tickets - Another percentage of our tickets come from the event venue itself. In this case the venue has some extra tickets to sell and decides to list them online so that they don't go unsold. These tickets are often the best value for a shopper.

How can I be sure these tickets are real?

All of our tickets are real, no exceptions. We value your business and take measures to assure the quality of all our tickets.

I bought 4 tickets, are they grouped together?

Unless otherwise noted in the "notes" section while viewing the tickets, multiple tickets will always be grouped together.

If I buy tickets for an event will I be refunded if my team gets eliminated?

Buying tickets for playoff series is easy on TwoStepTix. If you buy tickets for a playoff game or event that will never be played we'll always refund your money.

What happens If I lose my tickets?

Unfortunately there's not much we can do for you if you lose your tickets. Tickets are irreplaceable; venues only print one copy of tickets for every event to avoid fraud. We reccomend you keep your tickets in a safe place until the day of the event and always remember to grab them before you leave home.

Is there a return policy?

You will be issued a refund if an event is cancelled perfmanently without a make-up date, otherwise there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.

Can I track my tickets?

The best way to get an idea of when you can expect your tickets is to put yourself in contact with the broker selling the tickets. Speaking directly to the seller will give you an idea of when the tickets were shipped and how soon they'll arrive.

I'm going on vacation, can you ship my tickets to the hotel?

We can usually accomodate you in this situation. During the process of checkout you will notice a special instructions area where you can give us all the information needed to deliver the tickets to your vacation destination. Further validation of your identity will almost always be required of you in order to pick the tickets up at the hotel.

Why are there service fees?

Service fees correspond to the difficulty of obtaning premium event tickets from all over the world.

Why are your prices constantly changing?

Tickets prices change as the demand for the event changes. Sometimes you will view tickets in the morning and come back to see them the same night and notice a difference in price. The ticket market is extremely dynamic and demand changes constantly. We always reccomend that you buy the tickets that interest you during your visit because prices and availiability fluctuate a great deal, similar to the stock market.

How are you shipping costs determined and who is your carrier?

We ship all our tickets with Fed Ex and our standard shipping rate is 15.00 for 2-3 day domestic delivery. We find that the majority of our customers appreciate the speedy service of Fed Ex.
